GeoFocus Mapping, established in December 2007, is owned and operated by Rod Geddert out of Warman, Saskatchewan. GeoFocus is a leader in the specialized field of environmental mapping, specifically watershed, riparian, soils and vegetation reclamation capture.  GeoFocus is equipped with Seven photogrammetric workstations enabling experienced technicians to view, interpret and accurately measure in 3D.  This includes capture of ground surface features such as wetland and grassland data from aerial survey photography or satellite imagery. Rod has been employed in the delivery of photogrammetric services, contract administration, flight management and geomatics for 20 years both as a front line employee and manager.  As manager, Rod is hands on and responsible for a technical and production staff of two to seven employees. He has been in the geomatics industry since graduating from Surveying and Mapping Technology in 1993 from SAIT in Calgary, Alberta.  He is also a GVI Certified, Grasslands Vegetation specialist and AVI Certified Alberta Vegetation Inventory in Alberta.
